• Analyze, design and implement Domestic and Global Mobility Relocation Programs• Main point of contact for onboarding new and existing clients• Set up implementation process, overall client life cycle process• Provide recommendations, best practices and process improvements through benchmarking analysis• Develop, manage and deliver weekly and monthly reports to clients• Account relationship building, to expand upon existing customer opportunities globally• Conduct annual and semi-annual client reviews. Focusing on relocation activity, budget vs. actual spend, trending exceptions and client requested reporting.• Conduct and provide training for internal teams and clients on utilizing Aires software • Manage a portfolio of over 20 clients, with Annual Spends of over $24 million plus• Perform escalation management and service recovery through transferees escalations, day-to-day problematic resolutions, and development/monitor of action plans required to ensure the service level requirements are met and operational processes are continually improvedImplement employee solutions and assist clients with immigration for Short and Long Term Assignments. Meet with clients on/off site to discuss Aires performance, while building relationships.
