As a First Nations founder, I have experience at a technical and leadership level of advancing ESG-related technologies and the integration of AI into mining practices to enhance sustainability and efficiency. My career is driven by a passion for Indigenous entrepreneurship, climate action, and innovative technologies.In my previous role as Head of First Nations Entrepreneurship and Impact Projects at Minderoo Foundation my role involved facilitating investment, research, and education opportunities to grow and strengthen the Indigenous business sector, climate and AI related technologies Throughout my career, I’ve worked in partnership with the United Nations, U.S. Consulate, and governments across Australia.As a former venture-backed founder, I founded two startups (one successful exit in 2019). I led a team from Australia, Canada, and Israel, with clients ranging from ASX-listed companies, mining companies to government entities. My work has significantly contributed to Indigenous economic development, impact investing, equity investments, and the advancement of ESG initiatives and climate action.I’ve participated in various international leadership programs, including the U.S. State Department’s International Visitor Leadership at the Whitehouse, and served as a member and presenter at the United Nations Summit in Bangkok. My work has been recognised in various ways, including being named among Westpac’s 200 Businesses of Tomorrow, receiving the 40Under40 Award and serving as a member of the WA Premier’s Jobs Taskforce, Advanced Manufacturing Advisory Committee, and the Aboriginal Business, Trade, and Investment Board.
