Visual storytelling has been a passion of mine since childhood. It's been a joy of mine to see how people used their creativity to tell their own stories to their audience. As of now, I hope to use that love for creativity in a career in project management or web development.My name is Leslie Ramirez. I'm a junior at UT Austin and a part-time office representative for Premium Improvements LLP. When tasked with a project, I love to pay close attention to detail to ensure the best quality product; I don't believe in doing the bare minimum on projects. With a solid plan and a bit of creativity, I believe that you can create a project that will be visually pleasing to look at while conveying its intended purpose.The experiences I had as an office representative for Premium Improvements have shaped me immensely. It has given me an idea of how an office environment operates and helped me to grow in my communication and promotional design skills. It has also highlighted the importance of moving forward in difficulty and fostering communication with coworkers in order to achieve the best possible results.Having the opportunity to create sample sheet designs for Premium Improvement customers has been one of the highlights of my career. It introduced me to a field of creativity that I didn't imagine being able to achieve in an office setting, thus opening a new door of opportunity for me in my career journey.
