Leslie Ross started her career in Silicon Valley working with successful software start up companies. In 2000 , the transition to Automotive Aftermarket was made with the position at Wurth USA, supporting the CEO. It was the natural progression, with her history in software, to take over the SIS software proejct at Wurth. Under her care, SIS 10 was realized which resulted in 500% increase in sales and 1000% increase in customer participation. In 2011, Leslie decided ro strike out on her own and she and Partner, Jan Poehland, Comparatio USA, built a program for Body Shop owners, not tied to a vendor, and focused on Material Management with less focus on cost recovery. With the guidance from customers like Seidners Collison, Drew Ford, Fix Auto and Toyota San Diego, NuVentory was written by the shops specifically for collision.NuVentory continues to innovate with new reporting features like calculated material dollars per hour, and integrations with jobbers like Finishmaster, as well as CCC. Nuventory is quickly growing in popularity across the US and Canada.
