My focus is on sourcing new acquisitions in Los Angeles and Orange County. Faropoint is a leading buyer of small to medium sized last mile logistics assets with deal sizes between $5M - $100M and an average property size of 60K square feet per building.Faropoint is currently investing via our Urban Industrial Value Fund III, a $915M equity vehicle. Fund III targets legacy infill industrial assets, typically 20K SF - 100K SF in size, targeting tenants between 10K square feet - 80K square feet. Our acquisitions are usually between $5M - $30M. Fund III allows for portfolio acquisitions as well which can be larger in dollar terms.Faropoint is also investing via our $300M industrial sale-leaseback fund (ISLB) for long term leased assets. These assets have the same characteristics that Faropoint targets in our Urban Industrial Value Fund III, with the caveat that they are leased for 8+ years. Responsible for the acquisition of multi-tenant industrial properties or portfolios in California, Las Vegas, Reno, Puget Sound, Phoenix, Denver, Salt Lake City, Austin, San Antonio and Houston ranging in size from 50K - 500K square feet. Currently investing $50M of equity, approximately $125M inclusive of debt, for industrial assets within our MCA Realty Industrial Growth Fund vehicle. MCA targets assets requiring interior and exterior renovations, systems and technology upgrades, leasing initiatives, and recapitalization.
