My focus is on sourcing new acquisitions in Los Angeles and Orange County. Faropoint is a leading buyer of small to medium sized last mile logistics assets with deal sizes between $5M - $100M and an average property size of 60K square feet per building.Faropoint is currently investing via our Urban Industrial Value Fund III, a $915M equity vehicle. Fund III targets legacy infill industrial assets, typically 20K SF - 100K SF in size, targeting tenants between 10K square feet - 80K square feet. Our acquisitions are usually between $5M - $30M. Fund III allows for portfolio acquisitions as well which can be larger in dollar terms.Faropoint is also investing via our $300M industrial sale-leaseback fund (ISLB) for long term leased assets. These assets have the same characteristics that Faropoint targets in our Urban Industrial Value Fund III, with the caveat that they are leased for 8+ years.
