Claire has worked for and with some of the world’s biggest brands in sport, media and technology including Nike, MTV and Apple. She has a proven track record in rallying, influencing and energising cross functional teams and has held leadership roles for global live music and sport content initiatives including the Apple Music Festival and the Opening Ceremony of the Olympic Games. She is passionate about memorable, live experiences and has a fan-first mindset. This was invaluable as she crafted fan engagement strategies for F.C. Internazionale Milano in Italy, China and the USA. After working with live audiences for more than 15 years, Claire started a business focusing on exactly that, combining it with her passions: sport and music. They specialise in two core areas: 'Music & Sport' and 'Cities & Culture', supporting their clients’ expansion plans including market entry, audience development and partnership strategies. These experiences led Claire to Nike where she is tasked with setting the strategy and aligning key stakeholders towards a common goal for some of the biggest moments on the football calendar.A keen sportswoman, involved in football for over 30 years on and off the pitch, Claire also has valuable non exec experience, most recently as Chair of the World Gymnastics Championships (Liverpool 2022) and as a Board member for The Football Association (Women’s National League). Her #1 sport experience are the unforgettable 6 weeks she spent supporting the Italian National Olympic Committee during London 2012.A previous speaker at Cannes Lions (2016) and at South by Southwest (2017), Claire is a guest lecturer at the University of LIUC where she speaks to Masters students about brand-building and connecting communities.
