I am told that I am a 'serial problem solver'. I find it rewarding to help people to identify and overcome problems, and improve performance and efficiency, especially with the use of IT.I have a wide range of experience in IT, IT consultancy, training and running a small organisation.I am a "jack of all trades" with regard to the latter and am capable of all aspects of the day to day running of a small organisation including finance, VAT, payroll, HR, employment, recruitment, compliance and marketing via IT. As a trainer I have trained at all age ranges from 5 - 75! From basic IT literacy to Cisco CCNA.
