I impact people's lives directly through eLearning. I love to disrupt and be different. The reason I use the phrase "proper eLearning" is because there's so many people doing it wrong.

Responsible for supporting organisations in all technical and consulting related activities that helped to drive the Moodlerooms platform.I worked with companies and educational organisations across EMEA to identify business requirements and help develop technical strategies to best implement amazing Moodle platforms.

Responsible for managing, developing and leading the college's eLearning platform. The platform was as an all encompassing suite of Moodle, Mahara, Adobe Connect and Panopto. Other duties include web and database development, instructional design, theme design and web server systems administration.

I was responsible for the design, build, maintenance and management of the Virtual Learning Environment (Moodle). My duties included strategic planning, systems administration and management, PHP programming, database development, disaster recovery and content creation. I delivered staff training workshops both online and face-to-face and as a department provided learning technology advice to students and other colleges. I continually explored the potential of emerging pedagogical technologies and I managed a team of e-Learning content developers and Moodle support technicians.

I developed Moodle as a VLE platform. I built intranets, websites and other funky web systems.I helped to setup and create an award winning Learning Center that taught STEM subjects to young learners.

After leaving University I continued developing the company I setup in my second year. I built some rather brilliant websites for some rather brilliant clients. I was interested in pushing new technologies and building the best possible internet experiences whilst the World Wide Web was still somewhat new (in a pre-broadband era).
