CurrentThe U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) is a non-profit professional organization representing cross country and track & field coaches of all levels with a main focus on collegiate coaching. The USTFCCCA serves as an advocate for cross country and track & field coaches, providing a leadership structure to assist the needs of a diverse membership, serving as a lobbyist for coaches’ interests, and working as a liaison between the various stakeholders in the sports of cross country and track & field.MEDIA- Supervise national office communications staff that is responsible for press releases, features, and the Association's website. Maintain database of collegiate rankings, polls, performances, meets, and events. BROADCASTING- Produce three live events for annual national convention, including Hall of Fame Induction ceremony and presentation of top award given to collegiate track & field athletes -- The Bowerman.- Co-produce live coverage of NCAA DI cross country championships for ESPNANALYTICS- DevOps engineer of data communication products. Transform raw data through all phases, including cleaning, identifying flaws, placing in proper context, summarizing, and communicating the results thru web applications, traditional visualizations (dashboards, PDFs, spreadsheets, etc.), written reports, and meeting presentations. - Oversee weekly national and regional polls and rankings for cross country. In track and field, oversee weekly national and regional ranking system based on self-created algorithm.
