At TMNA Services, part of the Tokio Marine group, I work on the Enterprise Training team to support the communication strategy and implementation of education and support programs as part of our shared service strategy. Our training team oversees necessary training and development programs for Tokio Marine group companies in North America and abroad. Responsibilities include:• Develop communications, training, and support documents (job aids, reference guides) for various change management as well as professional development initiatives for Tokio Marine companies (TMNAS, PHLY, TMA, FICOH, TMX, TMtech, etc.). • Facilitate training across the Tokio Marine companies including but not limited to such topics as technical training on people management systems, enterprise tools, customer service skills, and manager effectiveness.• Assist in managing, and implementing the roll out of annual and bi-annual company compliance training for all Tokio Marine Group companies. Training includes Compliance Privacy, Data Security training and Anti-Harassment training.• Manage the TMNA learning management system: MZINGA, and provide administrative support for Tokio Marine Group employees accessing the site and utilizing LMS material. • Organize professional development program off-sites by handling BEO’s with vendors, caterers, and then communicates relevant program information to participants. • Work regularly in survey tools such as Qualtrics and Qualtrics 360 to manage TMNAS internal and Tokio Marine global surveys.
