• Develop communications, training, and support documents (job aids, reference guides) for various change management as well as professional development initiatives for Tokio Marine companies (TMNAS, PHLY, TMA, FICOH.
• Facilitate training across the Tokio Marine companies including but not limited to such topics as technical training on people management systems, enterprise tools, customer service skills, and manager effectiveness.
