Responsible for the installation and maintenance of equipments for chemical analysis using the Kjeltec method, equipments for rapid analysis of grain, feed, dairy products and wine, based on NIR and FTIR technology. Responsible for customer service at the south of the country. Training in products maintenance in FOSS-North America and FOSS-Denmark. Customers telephone support with remote access to equipments for troubleshooting. Management of spare parts inventory for maintenance.Assistance in scheduling of visits to customers in the southern region. Technical support to the southern region sales team.

Management of multitask teams, working in mechanical, electrical, automation and instrumentation maintenances. Responsible for all emergencial and programmed maintenance all over the industrial plant. Responsible to achieve corporative goals in electrical energy, environment, cost, safety and quality. Machine confiability, MTTR and MTBF index control.

Research and development of new products.

Management of outsourced labor force, responsible for electrical, mechanical, civil and millwright maintenance. Services and maintenance planning team coordinator. Co-responsible for NR-10 implementation. Responsible for elaborate scripts of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities. Responsible for preparation of new contracts to outsourcing labor force.

Attendance to the production line, execution of predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Participation in continuous improvement processes, acting with the production engineering for development of the product quality and implementation of new projects and/or work orders, elaboration of production reports (uptime and downtime). Requisition and administration of materials and equipments.
