The Partnership for Policy Integrity (PFPI) uses science, legal action, and strategic communications to promote sound energy policy.

Directed the legislative and regulatory advocacy of the N.Y.S. Association of Health Care Providers (HCP), New York's leading trade association representing licensed home care services agencies and other home and community-based care providers serving elderly, disabled and chronically-ill New Yorkers. Issue areas included: state and federal labor laws; Medicaid managed care transition; Medicaid and Medicare reimbursements; and participation in various health care delivery system reform initiatives, including value-based purchasing.

Directed environmental protection and clean energy programs for New York’s largest statewide environmental and consumer advocacy organization. Developed and implemented successful campaign strategies that resulted in the Pesticide Neighbor Notification Law (2000), Superfund-Brownfields Law (2003), New York City Pesticide Reduction Law (2005), Mercury Products Phase-Out (2005), Bigger Better Bottle Bill (2009), Mercury Thermostat Collection Act (2013) and numerous other state and local laws. Responsibilities included: legislative research, monitoring, and lobbying; regulatory review and analysis; grassroots lobbying and advocacy; coalition building and mobilization; media relations; program communications; training and supervising staff and student volunteers; research, writing, policy analysis, and public speaking; developing canvass materials and grant writing.
