Rocket Terminal Emulator (Web Edition) is a browser-based application. It consists of Administration Console and Web Client. The administration console can manage users, groups, end-user login authentication methods, configure clusters, and User reports. The web client provides secure access between client and host systems, such as IBM Z, IBM i, and VT applications. It can run on any device, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices. It can also be deployed on many platforms, such as Windows, Linux, ZOS, AS400, Container, and Cloud(AWS).Responsibilities:1. Designed and implemented a comprehensive automation testing framework, which includes Python, Selenium, Pytest, Allure, and Jenkins. Automated over 1000 test cases, and contributed 240000 lines of code independently.2. Successfully trained the team in automation skills and reviewed the automation code from team members.3. Ensured the stability of the automation testing environment, and independently solved environment, network, and Webdriver compatibility issues to ensure that the automation pass rate met the target before product release.4. Introduced and implemented Selenium Grid and xdist, using multithreading technology to achieve concurrent execution.5. Created and managed Jenkins Pipeline, utilizing Docker container technology to achieve daily regression and enhance testing reliability and efficiency successfully.6. Optimize continuous integration, improving continuous deployment efficiency significantly.7. This project provides RTE Web cluster to improve the stability and performance of the product. The data will be perfectly synchronized to each server when it is written.
