After eight years of honing my craft and developing my skill set, I was ready to embark on my own journey as Managing Director by creating LMB Surfacing Ltd. As the owner of the Company, I have adopted a proactive, and supportive management style which I believe is reflected in the way our team positively performs. LMB Surfacing Ltd is now a successful SME that continues to steadily grow as we embark on substantial reinstatement opportunities within the utilities and wider Construction industry.
