Solely responsible for managing all channels of Social Media including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram. Write media statements, answer media inquiries and draft press releases.

• Responding to multiple customers via Social Media with various queries and requests. Replying to webchat queries while multi-tasking on SMS/Proactive messaging while using the Conversocial platform to serve all social media channels at any one time• Posting proactive tweets for numerous reasons; from safety-related advice messages, notifying customers of high profile incidents as well as posting positive news stories about the company including helping in the community• Protecting the company’s corporate responsibility in the media• Exceeding all of my KPIs for audits on messaging, social media, webchat and CSAT scores for all channels including the broad measure of customer service.• Contributing towards the writing of templates and wording for the IVR system and SMS template document used by the team• I liaise with multiple departments and magnitude of internal or external customers to gather information to provide the best service possible
