I graduated with a degree in computing and have been working within pre-sales at DocuSign for 10 years. Since working with the leading Agreement Cloud provider, my degree from Staffordshire University has helped me in my role and allowed me to progress throughout my early career.I now work as a Principal Solutions Architect with DocuSign, who have global brands including Deliveroo, Uber and Microsoft among their clients.As a Principal Solutions Architect, I collaborate with the field sales team and solution consulting team to secure net-new business. I offer support and assistance in order to further develop existing key accounts and increase overall team efficiency through furthering people’s knowledge where possible. Further to see I am an expert in all products including our CLM tool and build custom solutions to show maximum value to customers.I manage and provide pre-sales support to the sales and commercial team to aid new client acquisition and further future development. Working alongside the client services, product and platforms teams allows me to demonstrate best practices and explain how the platform infrastructure and solutions operate at a technical level.I am hard working and have a good work ethic - I can pick up complex processes in a short period of time and am willing to learn anything needed along the way.I have experience of working with high profile clients.Skills:- Familiarity with JavaScript, Go & Python for back-end engineering- Familiar with React for front-end- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC- Solid background in development, infrastructure & project lifecycle management- A proven track record in orchestrating enterprise IT projects pre-sales with a value based approach
