Customer Experience Controller
CurrentI have undertaken an apprenticeship in Principles of management and leadership in this role where I achieved a distinction and a level 3 award.My roles and responsibilities are:•Ensuring consistency in the delivery of the on-board environment and proposition.•Provide operational information to the customer experience management and frontline teams and ensuring all issues which impact service delivery are communicated and mitigations implemented.•Manage all issues and defects which impact the customer experience and provide information and follow up with key stakeholders and within any agreed timescales•Collaborative approach across the team•Prioritisation of daily tasks and a clear focus is a priority if this is disrupted. •Managing catering crews•Work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities•Recording and reporting crew absence and managing their absence•Trained in Health and Safety, Food Hygiene Level 2, and level 3•Safety taken seriously through management of food safety including food incidents and product recalls, provide real time reporting and communication of accidents and incidents to ensure immediate remedy is undertaken by working with the relevant internal and external stakeholder.•Provide periodic reports to Customer experience management relating to operational issues which impact service.•Work on improving the customer experience for passengers and ensuring all resources are used effectively.• Undertaken training on a second desk competency to help further develop my knowledge and assist the business as is needed.• Trained all new staff working our desk to ensure they become a competent controller• I have taken part in recruitment for the desk• I have undertaken numerous projects whilst in this role to improve the training and development as well as help re-write our competency assessment’s. I have also attempted to improve the desks efficiency through reviewing the way we log items through Microsoft Forms, email and excel
