Worked with Invest Ottawa's ScaleUp Program, helping Ottawa's fastest growing tech companies connect with the expertise and resources they need. Key responsibilities included:- Coordinated resource development and deployment for large scaling tech companies including expert advisors, monthly peer groups, relevant events, and software perks- Developed and maintained metrics-tracking and insights for all programs through CRM and business analytics tools

- Delivered and assisted in the further development of the Genesis Evolution program, an 8-week intensive workshop that validates tech startup ideas and pushes founders to grow lean;- Managed two distinct customer funnels, helping entrepreneurs validate their ideas in the Evolution program, foster those ideas with the Evolution Alumni Network, and ultimately begin to grow their businesses into sales with the Genesis Enterprise incubator program; and- Used Canva, Mailchimp, Squarespace, SurveyMonkey, Zoho CRM, and more to further these goals.

- Increased public awareness of Genesis and entrepreneurship through media connections, event coordination and participation, and content creation; and- Developed online content in the form of blog posts, press releases, PSAs, and more showcasing the staff, portfolio companies, and partners of Genesis.

- Facilitated two courses via distance for Northern College: BU1363 Intro to Business Concepts and BU4033 Microeconomics;- This included delivering content, monitoring student progress, providing feedback, and ensuring proper grading while using digital platforms including BlackBoard, Brightspace, and Axiom.
