Over 1.5 years 2014-2015 opened 3 locations for Cactus Club Café in their expansion period as an Expeditor Trainer and Manager. Lead and trained a team of expeditors on how to execute in their role, trained new recruits and review performance. Wrote and designed training modules for the role within restaurant working closely with kitchen and front of house executives. Lived and worked in Saskatoon, Kelowna and Toronto living in hotels on contract for 3-5 months at a time.
