Through out my variety of jobs I have completed many different roles from sales assistant to Assistant Manager. Each job has allowed me to develop a different skill set. I have slowly progressed in my knowledge in how to operate a business and manage my own team. The supervisor and manager roles have allowed me to mature and develop my skills in people management as well as business management. I have learned many different skills such as interviewing, marketing, staffing challenges and finical tracking throughout each role I have taken.On top of my employment I had studied as a sports student for 5 years and have completed my Honour's degree in sports coaching and personal development. Over the years I have been involved in coaching/ teaching many students from primary schools up to college level. Through working with the college as an assistant I am also proud to say I helped the college achieve the Beacon award in sport and received an invitation with a fellow student to go to the celebration ceremony with lectures and board members. Along with this I have also completed summer and autumn half terms running my own NCS group of 15 young adults, completing sporting and social project activities (2017). I have developed my coaching skill allowing me to work better with individuals with additional emotional and educational needs and also within a classroom environment through a number for teaching assistant roles.
