Planning and implementation of physical preparation for athletes in their pursuit of Olympic, Commonwealth and international selection and success within their given sport. Currently the lead physical preparation coach for Scottish Squash National programme as well as providing regional support to Snow-Sports National and GB athletes. I was assistant strength and conditioning coach with Edinburgh University's Men's first XV rugby union team. Made up of a squad of 28 players who train at the performance gym at the Universities Centre for Sport and Exercise. I assisted with the supervision and coaching during gym sessions. I also help with match preparation and warm-up/cool-downs on game days.

As a swim teacher I would be expected to take classes of many levels which included teaching people from many different age groups and abilities. As a leisure attendant I would be expected to lifegaurd, clean, perform reception duties and provide customer service.

I would be contracted to Teach Swimming of many levels and ages, within Edinburgh Leisure. I was responsible for scheme of work and session planning of all individual lessons.
