Overall site responsibility for Launch programme logistics management and delivery at Jaguar Land Rover plant in Solihull.• Overall responsibility for end-to-end logistics management, solution design/architecture and supply chain management to enable delivery of new product introduction at Solihull plant.• Responsible for launch delivery, without interruption to current production in 2 Trim & Final build-halls with a combined output of c. £5m per hour, and 3 Body Shop facilities, including the largest Body Shop facility in Europe. • Delivery of launch solutions within SLA KPI’s – potential £3m liability.• Primary accountability of off-site, prototype parts facility, including inventory accuracy and quality with a volume of up to 60k pieces.• Overall budget responsibility (c. £6m per annum) across.• Manpower quota of up to 200 staff members during peak build schedule.• Full customer engagement, including attendance at monthly programme reviews, weekly process chain events and day-to-day engagement.• EOS (Employee Opinion Survey), overarching H&S KPI accountability as well as TU engagement.• 2015-2016 successfully launched 2 brand new models, Jaguar XE and F-Pace without any penalties, moved the prototype stores to off-site facility without interruption to programme delivery and targets and subsequently awarded JLR Excellence Award in Innovation.
