I'm currently employed by the national careers service as a full-time careers adviser. I handle different queries in calls, emails, sms and web chat messages. Some questions are more complicated than others so every day has its challenges. I've moved onto the adult ongoing support team where I support clients with their action plans and help them work towards their career goals.

Since working on building up Moriacon in 2013 I've progressed the into making the convention a constituted group and I have been appointed treasurer, along with my other roles regarding organising the day itself I'm also going to be managing the groups accounts on top of doing the promotional work, social media work, contest organisation. The role itself is going to bring a lot of new challenges and a lot of new experiences. The event continues to be the most unique event in Stanley it's something I'm very proud of and something I fully intend to take from strength to strength.

I can't exactly remember when I first came up with the idea for Moria-con but speaking with Councillor David Mills and Darren Macmahon they helped me turn Moria-con into a successful proposal and then a successful event. We've worked to encapsulate the area's heritage into an event that celebrates all sorts of geeky things and the response we got was fantastic. I've really enjoyed being a part of it and building up the theme of the event. We'll continue to expand and build up the event.

Delivered excellent customer service diagnosing and fixing issues with smart phones and tablets, with a proven record of going the extra mile for customers day in day out. Working in a busy repair centre as part of the best SES and service centre in the channel meeting targets is important but delivering customer satisfaction and going a step above what your target means is more important.

I worked as part of a team to troubleshoot PC problems and provide the effective solutions to the users. Providing software solutions and configurations to enhance the user experience making the PC’s more user friendly. Handling user queries and educate them in some basic IT knowledge occasionally teaching UK online. Liaising with management staff explaining problems without using jargon and explaining solutions which would be possible in a way that they understood. I set up a variety of Microsoft access databases to track learners on different courses.I would also build the PC's and repair laptops.
