Managing the ongoing operations of the business while overseeing a substantial upgrade to facilities. Relaunching the business to deliver a contemporary and luxurious customer experience from the booking through to the event delivery. Management of all staff, marketing, events and budgets included in this role.

Events Management and delivering large scale festival events. I contract out to do anything from managing site builds, bar operations through to working to build major music festivals and events. I also work on the back end with festival promoters and events companies to deliver risk management, site management and liquor licensing.

Managing Western Australian events, partnerships and sponsorships. Strong emphasis on growing the 'brand in hand' strategy through partnerships with major festivals including FringeWorld, Pineapple Club, Sets on the Beach and many more. Working with internal and external logistic supply chains to ensure the specific demands of major events community in Perth.

Had an amazing opportunity to come in and fill in the role at the head of the ECU Jets. Responsibilities included all the daily running of the club, growing the player base and working with the University and sporting groups to create the best club for the members. This role also included the 2019 budget, volunteer management, staff management and working to find out the direction the existing club members wanted to take the club to ensure the incoming CEO/Operations Manger had all the support needed.

Managing the operations of bar catering for major events and festivals including, Evening on the Green, Noodle Palace, Future Music Festival and many more. Over 200 events delivered. Working with suppliers and promoters to build not only effective bar service but also profitable sponsorship and partnership arrangements. Controlling staffing and staff budgets at a huge scale with over 2000 ongoing casual staff employed. Managing 10,000+ pax festivals safety and licensing from the application process through to on site delivery of these strategies. Also managing two full time venues as a general management role at both Edith Cowen University campus'. Including all operations management as well as all marketing and promotional activity.
