In this capacity, I oversee Operations and Corporate Services supporting approx. 221 staff members who support an annual revenue stream of $32 million. I provide strategic leadership to shape the future of the organisation and ensure financial sustainability. Leading the implementation of pivotal ICT projects, skilfully manage and allocate resources for a $2.1 million contract aimed at delivering youth diversionary programs and intensive case management to Indigenous youth at risk. I provide indispensable assistance to the CEO and Deputy CEO in fulfilling both financial and non-financial reporting obligations to the Board and Office of Registrar of Indigenous Organisations.
