Liam is a member of the Customer Success team at ProcessUnity with over 9 years of experience consulting on and executing software implementations. ProcessUnity's software-as-a-service platform offers a toolkit to support the automation of a wide array of GRC activities through workflow, document management, interactive reporting, and many other crucial capabilities.The Customer Success Team is focused on providing our customers with the knowledge and skills to maintain programs and support the maturation of processes. Through a targeted approach, we teach our customers how to configure and leverage the many capabilities of our tool. We also bring industry knowledge and best-practice recommendations to support the build of third party risk management, policy and procedure management, compliance, and many other solutions based on our customers' requirements.Previously, I worked with clients across industries at PwC and have developed the ability to understand a broad range of business processes and risks with recommendations for controls solutions. I supported clients in developing comprehensive governance, risk, and compliance frameworks through the implementation of SAP GRC Process Control and Access Control.
