A multi-skilled individual with 19 years telecommunications experience, 15 of which with the British military I am currently employed as an Engineering Manager at CDS Defence & Security, I lead a team of talented engineers who deliver innovative and reliable solutions for the defence and security sector, I have successfully managed multiple teams with proven adaptability and engaging leadership style, taking part in various coaching and mentoring workshops to continuously improve as a manager. With a passion for managing, this has proved to be the easiest skill to adapt within the workplace. I have had the privilege of managing complex communications systems, satellite networks, and radar systems, ensuring they meet the technical, operational, and quality requirements of our clients. I am passionate about applying my engineering skills and knowledge to solve challenging problems and contribute to the safety and security of our nation and allies.
