We organized one of the 150 largest Women's Marches in the country and were a non-partisan group aiming at helping push important social issues. We worked towards legislation and policy making while also trying to directly help those impacted by the social issues.

She would ask questions and we would answer with our personal experiences and opinions, while also listening to all the things she had to say.

I worked up front, directly with the customers trying to make sure that I was able to fulfill their wishes to the highest standard possible. I prepared food and made sure the busy and hectic work environment remained organized and functioned smoothly.

I was an editor at the only weekly high school publication left in Michigan. I won seven state level awards for my time at The Tower and helped the paper win the Sparty Award, which is the highest award a high school newspaper can win in the state of Michigan. I wrote many articles and designed pages for a year, where I won awards for both. I also hosted a podcast titled "That's Live" where my two colleagues and I would discuss current politics, news and whatever else came across our minds.
