OASIS is a cohort-based initiative of Family Values @ Work providing programming and support for progressive women, trans women, and non-binary state legislators. Creating space for gender, social, and economic justice champions to access leadership development programming and a network to help them thrive, develop resilience, build power, and extend their tenure in elected office so that they can achieve their legislative agenda for a more democratic and equitable society.
