As a Senior Consultant in the EY Reward team I advise on all aspects of reward and remuneration at all phases from the review, design and execution. This includes the development of remuneration strategy, the provision of data to support salary decision-making, annual reviews, as well as the designing of short-term and long-term incentive (STI & LTI) schemes. The EY Reward team advise listed and private businesses nationally and internationally, across various industries. Key project work includes: - Benchmarking (broad-based & executive), Non-Executive Director (NED) fee review, including market recommendationsshort-term incentive & Sales commission scheme review and designs - Development of fit-for-purpose total reward strategies, design options & policy framework documentation- Market updated papers including research into topical issues. For example talent and attraction, recruitment and retention, and the impacts of Gen Z in the workforce. - Management of the annual review processes, including job evaluation, benchmarking, development of banding structures, cost impact modelling/analysis and remuneration structure design- Lead RFP responses to clients across a range of sectors including private and public sector- Lead and manage the survey process, including the design of survey questionnaires and analysing data to produce remuneration surveys including our quarterly Pulse Survey, General Market REMonTAP Survey, specific industry surveys, as well as tailored surveys commissioned by organisations.

Seconded to Fire and Emergency NZ (FENZ) to lead the implementation of a new volunteer - reward discount programme nationally.
