This Nevada Conservation Corps (NCC) Program Manager role works with GBI staff, partners, and collaborators to manage conservation projects, including program development, training, and maintaining partner relationships while ensuring compliance with grant and agency rules and regulations. The NCC provides direct conservation services to public land management agencies by deploying technically proficient restoration teams to enhance species habitat, mitigate fire threats, reduce the spread of invasive species, and create/restore and re-designate recreational trails. In doing so, NCC provides valuable training and workforce development opportunities for Corps members who seek careers in natural resource management.

Hands-on role that leads multiple program implementation teams in promoting and administering 120+ educational programs in energy and water efficiency to schools and households nationwide. This position directs the program services teams and manages the coordination and administration of all program customer service, end-user engagement and support aspects of the programs; consisting of but not limited to, planning, organizing, staffing/onboarding, leading, and controlling program implementation and support activities.Evaluate and drive program productivity, needs assessment, and customer-service standards.
