- Develop proposals for tenders’ submission of international and local projects- Support in coordinating projects’ activities performed by teams in charge of execution in case proposal has been finally approved- Assist in project’s logistics and other relevant performance for technical teams in charge (such as setting up project’s meetings, contacting clients/enterprises for discussion regarding project’s activities, translating meetings and project’s documents, support project’s delegation on missions in case of needed, etc.)

- Support the Manager of Business Department in related activities as branding identity, marketing plan, organizing events for company (company trip, year-end party, etc.) and workshops for projects’ performance - Consult clients on related services (as energy/water audit, setting up the energy management system in line with the ISO 50001, feasibility study, carrying out energy saving/efficiency measures, etc.)- Prepare quotation and proposal of specific services, follow up/discuss to clients and finalize sales- Prepare service contracts and work with clients for processing related contracts- Coordinate technical teams in charge for practical execution after finalizing service contract with clients- Follow up the work progress to ensure that all handled projects to be done on time and finalize all related administrative documents at the end and take care of the after-sales service (e.g.: discussion with clients for feedbacks of completed services and recommendations from clients (if any)- Get feedbacks from customers/partners regarding services performed, then work with teams in charge of execution to improve and turned back to clients for discussions in case of needed

- Prepare mission plans as well as following up working schedule for director- Get feedback and arrangement of all issues for partners / clients via the Director’s guidance- Take notes of all meetings between Director and partners / clients, etc.- In charge of interpreter for meetings and translation of relevant documents of projects- Prepare administrative documents (contract, invoice, payment offer, etc.) related to contracted services- Contact enterprises involved in projects for survey by questionnaires by calling and data inputting of feedbacks after surveys.- Support the Administration Manager in the office management and related HR activities
