Gaggenau Area Sales Manger (Ireland)Ab Distributors / Bsh Group (Joint Role) Sep 2007 - Apr 2009Responsibilities:I was responsible for the management, compliance and development of the Gaggenau Brand amongst a network of Ireland’s elite Kitchen Studios.I implemented a KPI discount structure to motivate dealer performanceI managed and negotiated the brand’s business relationship with the manufacturer (BSH UK).I was responsible for the technical training of designers both in-house and in Gaggenau H/O.I liased with each partner studio to proof the technical aspects of all customer orders.Achievements:I achieved the highest Irish Gaggenau monthly sales figure in company history within the first year in the role.I reopened 3 and developed 10 new partner studios that contributed 53% of 2008 total sales.I negotiated enhanced trading terms, enabling me to drive sales through renewed dealer terms, while overhauling the profitability of the brand, allowing me to bring average sales in several points ahead of the pre-Sept 2007 average.
