Surgeon | Co-Active coach | Wellness enthusiast I am a UK trained plastic surgeon, and also a certified Co-Active life coach. I am fascinated by human bodies and minds, and have been lucky enough to study them for over twenty years, from a BSc in anatomy and physiology, through medical school and anatomy demonstrating at three universities, to surgical training. We are so different from each other, yet have so much in common, and I am constantly amazed by the logic and elegance of how our bodies and minds work. My work as a doctor and surgeon led me to better understand the importance of holistic wellness, performance and productivity. This was both from working with patients towards their health and wellness goals, but also in my own personal health and professional performance challenges. My experiences helped me to identify a gap in the system in the holistic support of performance professionals like surgeons. Training as a professional coach equipped me with tools to help empower surgeons and other professionals in optimising their performance and productivity, and also their life and wellness more broadly.
