As the Outreach Coordinator at WaterWays, I oversaw two community programs: Adopt-a-Waterway, a volunteer stream adoption and restoration program, and what is now called RainSmart Yards, an award program for residential homeowners who implement creek-friendly practices on their property. In addition to program coordination, I co-led environmental education for k-12 students both in the classroom and in the creek, and designed and managed the organization's website.

As a Vista serving with WaterWays, I supported the mission of our non-profit by providing and coordinating environmental education, building our volunteer capacity, and engaging the community in discussions about the importance of healthy watersheds.

I provided excellent customer service to my patrons through timely and personable interactions, as well as a strong knowledge of the menu and love of the food I served. When performing opening and closing duties at the restaurant, I maintained excellent attention to detail so that work may be easier and more enjoyable for my fellow coworkers either that day or the following.

As a bartender, I gained experience both opening and closing the venue, a responsibility that ensured the success of the day's operation or that of the following. I provided friendly and engaging service whilst taking and making drink orders for patrons.

My responsibilities as an intern in UTC's Sustainability Department included updating energy data, collecting and recording campus-wide recycling, maintaining the Sustainability website, and attending to daily tasks within the department. Much of my time was also devoted to the planning of the 2018 TNAPPA (Tennessee Association of Physical Plant Administrators) Conference, for which I contacted and engaged with potential sponsors, researched and priced venues/catering, and assisted the Sustainability Coordinator with miscellaneous tasks.

As an administrative assistant, I reviewed leases, answered client phone calls and inquiries, gave apartment tours and staffed open houses, and maintained multiple social media accounts across a variety of platforms.

My role as property manager at The Edge Apartments consisted of multiple duties, including guiding clients through the leasing and signing process, coordinating and hosting open houses, responding to maintenance and tenant emergencies, and managing social media accounts/advertising across multiple platforms. I acted as the boots on the ground, while participating in daily or weekly conference calls with a small team of marketing specialists and developers.

GLAD is an after school tutoring program for inner city youth in the Chattanooga area. I volunteered through the YMCA to provide after-school enrichment through English and math tutoring along with playtime and arts.
