Avon Business Centre is a building of serviced offices, virtual offices, and lease-based offices. My role of Administration Manager involves a variety of services of which I must provide to the tenants within the building daily. I have been responsible for the Facilities Management side of the company and the maintenance of the building, communicating, and dealing efficiently with stakeholders and clients to ensure a smooth running of the company, managing detailed spreadsheets, and updating client details and records when necessary, and identifying any problems which may arise, as well as finding solutions to solve them as effectively as possible

I have completed a Level 3 Business Administration course with LDN Apprenticeships.Over the last 15 months, I have studied 21 modules on business administration, and then used this knowledge to produce four projects, which reflect on all of the modules and how I have demonstrated each of these within my day-to-day work at Avon Business Centre. For my End Point Assessment it involved completing a multiple choice exam, a portfolio based interview, and the presenting of my improvement project, which is the final project I had created on how I have improved a process within the business.

My work with CMI was based at the NEC, the Resorts World Arena, Utilita Arena, and the Ricoh Arena. My job role of being a merchandiser involved selling merchandise and programmes at various events and concerts. It was vital that I provided the best customer service to attract customers to the products, along with organising stock and ensuring displays were replenished as and when needed. I had to take cash and non-cash payments in a very fast paced environment, to increase the efficiency of sales and to minimise large queues of customers within the venue. Each shift, I would set myself personal sale targets to work towards, alongside up-selling products.
