The first summer I helped build and program a small autonomous quad-rotor helicopter to recognize and track targets indoors. The first summer the team designed and built a city in the virtual world that was able to simulate disasters in order to help train people in how to respond and provide disaster relief. The second summer we worked on a project that allowed you to project yourself in 3D into the virtual world. For this we used an Xbox 360 kinect to get video and depth data and sent it into the virtual world to be represented in 3D. Show less
