Build quality and quantity reports on results and performance for information support to Booking.com, in order to meets the demands of the customers on our website.

Responsible for informing and consulting accommodation partners in regards to their business performance, market opportunities and industry trends. Empower partners on how to use the system, tools and available products of Booking.com with the goal of optimizing their performance on the platform and creating an amazing experience for Booking.com's customers.

Moved to Porto Alegre city to support the opening of the new office responsible for the southern area of Brazil

Grow the number of hotels on www.booking.com;Give hotels commercial support to increase their revenue;Responsible for the coordination and production/building of new hotel websites;Responsible for correct hotel information, finance details and images;Assisting hotels with entering the rates into our extranet;Building productive relationships with partner hotels to ensure that they offer the right availability and rate structure (including promotional rates);Day-to-day communication with hotels by telephone, by e-mail and in person to assist with the development of our business, including acquisition;Check competition in the South American region;Ensuring that information held in our systems is up to date and accurate;Supporting the handling of complaints and fraudulent bookings from hotels and customers;Gathering and interpretation of statistical information where required;Training of new hotels using our rates & availability system;Creating databases of new target cities;Assisting Account Manager on preparing workshops and sales trips;Depending on the workload other tasks may apply not mentioned above.

Responsible for the coordination, production of new hotel websites and the delivery of correct hotel information and pictures of newly registered hotels. Training of new hotels (Spanish and Portuguese speakers) using the extranet, enter the rates & availability, promotions in the system for hotels. Assist with acquisition of possible new hotels and the settlement of complaints of hotels and customers.

Relationship with independent hotels and hotel chains aimed at improving business and operational conditions, registration, training of the system for new hotels, enter the rates & availability, market analysis and rates negotiations.
