• Provide academic and Immigration advising to international students regarding the admission, enrollment and employment of students in other non-immigrant classifications including but not limited to B-1/B-2 Visitors, J-1 Exchange Visitors, H-1B Temporary Workers, F-2, M-2, H-4 Dependents, etc.• Provide accurate and timely information and advice to incoming and enrolled students in relation to their transition and life• Develop and create events and activities to enhance the international student experience• Develop and organize varied workshops including but not limited to CPT and OPT• In charge of new international student orientation• Developed and update International Student Handbook, CPT and OPT guideline, request forms• Monitor developments in immigration policies, procedures and regulations and communicates updates to DSO and PDSO: update internal procedures and manuals to comply with federal regulation and/or coordinate new policies and procedures regarding SEVIS• Monitor social media • Provide language support

Recruitment and Marketing• Supported marketing efforts and represented Concordia including International Student Recruiting Fairs, MBA Open House and Student Visit Day• Recruited and tracked potential international students.
