My practice focus is in two areas: Government Contracts, and Business Immigration. On the Government side, I advise clients on a wide range of matters unique to doing business with governmental entities, particularly the nation’s largest customer – the U.S. government. I routinely assist clients comply with various procurement and related laws and regulations, defend or challenge contract awards, litigate or otherwise resolve disputes, and negotiate teaming and subcontractor arrangements under government contracts. I also advise recipients of grants and cooperative agreements on the many and various legal requirements associated with federal and state assistance awards for projects involving construction, manufacturing, engineering, alternative energies and technologies, including those simultaneously funded from various sources.On the immigration side, I represent employers interested in hiring or transferring foreign nationals to live and work in the U.S. We counsel to all industry sectors, including information technology, the sciences, telecommunications, financial, healthcare, higher education, manufacturing and business services.
