RealTime is a leader in cloud-based software solutions for the clinical research industry and is dedicated to solving problems and providing systems that make the research process more efficient and more profitable. Having been fortunate to work in various industries, I've amassed decades of experience in operations, workforce planning, communications, customer support, and marketing. My specialty is partnering with executives to address change management initiatives and successfully implement and adopt new technology solutions. In my spare time, I try to stop thinking about work long enough to let my creative juices flow and live out my alter ego as an amateur director, script supervisor, and actor.
