CurrentManage and oversee strategy and programmatic approach for employee experience, including: onboarding, culture and engagement, and retention.Manager of virtual and in-person events strategy, planning and day-of logistics.Track budget vs spend on a monthly basis for entire department to ensure we are within budget.Influence strategic partnership between Cella departments and Randstad departments to nurture and optimize collaboration with Cella and its parent company.Innovate and ideate based on experience management trends and best practices related to stakeholder experience. Champion for our culture and values, drive adoption and evolution in line with our Vivid Vision while striving for high retention and low turnover.Help develop, expand and lead experience tasks within the categories of Employee Acquisition, Employee Welcome, Employee Recognition, Incentives & Rewards, Feedback, Internal Event Management, Internal Comms, Training, and DEI.
