I am a Solicitor and family law mediator specialising in Family Law in Scotland. I am accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a family law specialist. I deal with a wide variety of disputes both in and out of court including divorce, dissolution of civil partnership, cohabitation, pre-nuptial agreements and disputes involving children.I am also an accredited family law mediator and this is a part of my job I love and I am passionate about. It really works and gives families an alternative way to resolve matters. Couples can really hear what each other hope for for the future and find solutions which work for everyone.I am trained in Collaborative Family practice, a process which can offer a civilised and respectful way of dealing with separation. It aims to enable people to talk and listen to one another and to resolve their differences by working together to reach the best solution for their family.
