Field Marketing Manager
CurrentI own and drive the marketing growth and strategy for the Tech Hardware, Manufacturing industrial & Automotive, Life Sciences segment within the Manufacturing vertical.Responsible for pipeline acceleration for the sales and customer team. I execute the appropriate integrated mix of marketing strategy & tactics including web, events, digital and outbound campaigns to develop and maintain a healthy pipeline.Collaborates with Marketing Groups, Services, sales, and executive leadership.Marketing Strategy and Execution- Plans and executes integrated, multi-touch field marketing programs, trade shows, large-scale events, executive field events, partner events, and virtual engagements- Focus on high-touch engagement with customers and prospects to generate quality new pipeline and accelerate existing pipeline- Strategize and implement marketing tactics aligned with sales pipeline targets, including webinars, digital campaigns, and outbound initiatives- Establish and analyze key metrics and trends through various data sources to inform marketing strategies Collaboration and Lead Management- Collaborate cross-functionally across all lines of business to manage logistics, budgeting, content development, partner marketing, and social media strategies- Oversee lead acquisition processes, nurturing, and follow-up to ensure effective management of leads generated from field marketing efforts- Work with strategic partners in financial and business services to co-create demand generation and acceleration programs- Drive cross-functional alignment around revenue goals, pipeline targets, product launches, training, and client community engagement
