Director of the Digital Manufacturing consists of working closely with customers who have purchased or want to learn about the post design aspect of the engineering and manufacturing process. This includes training, support, demonstrations and webinars for software and hardware solutions such as Solidworks MBD, Solidworks Inspection, Solidworks CAM, CAMWorks, SWOOD, and GOM Metrology scanners and software. Speaking at events in the engineering and manufacturing industry is also a large aspect of my career.

- Presenting software demonstrations to prospective customers- Software Technical Support representative- Software training instructor- Presenting webinars, creating YouTube content and online media resources for customers

- Communicating with schools in across Canada regarding Mastercam and affiliated software- Solving technical issues for customers both on-site and remotely- Quoting, pricing and sales of In-House Solutions products- Instructing training classes for groups of customers- Technical Chair for Skills Ontario CAM competition

- Designed fixtures for mold injected plastics. (Honda and Acura parts)- Quoting and purchasing of all Automation equipment within plant.- Created schedules and kept organization for all new model activity within Automation group.- Presented information regarding new model activities in management meetings.
