The commandant is responsible for all school operations which includes the facility, equipment, manpower, and budget. She develops policies, procedures, and processes for 192 hours of curriculum delivered over a 5-week Community College of the Air Force accredited course. Furthermore, she provides leadership, guidance, and direction to approximately 400 students annually from Shaw Air Force Base and 14 geographically separated units. Lastly, she serves as an interface with Air Force and civic organizations to enhance support for Enlisted Professional Military Education.

Primary responsibilities included office management to include executing an expert witness budget of $287,000/year and an office budget of $104,000. Served as a liaison for five subordinate legal offices for matters relating to office management, disciplinary actions, military justice, and general law. Oversaw court processing, witness requests, adn other adverse actions and monitored statutory and regulatory standards. Reviewed courts-martial records to ensure compliance with Air Force and Federal legal standards.

Incirlik Air Base, Turkey

Primary responsibilities included case and witness management. Case management entailed drafting legal documents, organizing exhibits, drafting the proof analysis, performing legal research on both LexisNexis and Westlaw, and managing post-trial actions/deadlines. Additional responsibillites included office management functions to include budget, resource, and administrative functions.

Mcguire Air Force Base, New Jersey

Primary responsibilities included case and witness management. Case management entailed drafting legal documents, organizing exhibits, drafting the proof analysis, performing legal research on both LexisNexis and Westlaw, and managing post-trial actions/deadlines. Witness management involved securing witness travel and funding, conducting preliminary interviews and documenting interviews. Additional responsibilities involved managing a robust Federal Magistrate Court program and overseeing adverse administrative military actions.
