I am a trained biologist with Master's thesis in bioinformatics and microbiology. I have extensive experience with data analysis and visualysation, including in particular bioinformatics methods such as RNA-seq, SNP Analysis, WGS and 16s community analysis. I have experience with programming in R and Python, including Pandas. I also have experience in many types of laboratory work, such as cultivation of bacteria, RT-PCR and extraction of RNA/DNA. I'm quick to learn new methods and enjoy learning something new. I am committed, perfectionist, inquisitive and work well both alone and in a group.
