Manage 18 employees and overall operations for five departments, including health services, medical records, employee & provider training, provider onboarding & transition, and healthcare information systems administration, at this publicly held, physician-led integrated health system consisting of more than 250 physicians and associate practitioners and 60 clinics.  Yielded $2.5 million in total revenue for 60 providers through implementing and training teams on AllScripts EHR to meet CMS Incentive Program requirements. Achieved National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) certification for the system through development of key quality processes within EMR. Developed and updated more than 40 standard operating procedures (SOPs) and 500 forms to ensure consistency and optimize operations across the system. Standardized appointment schedules and chart preparation procedures across all 250 providers and 60 clinics to achieve operational efficiencies and improve patient care and satisfaction. Onboarded more than 35 physicians & associate providers successfully into the system.  Onboarded and trained more than 1,200 new USMD employees and providers on company software, processes, and other function-specific skills. Trained and graduated over 35 new site managers in the manager leadership program. Developed and implemented all content within EHR for Orthopedic & Colorectal specialties, collaborating with clinicians to understand and meet their needs. Centralized processing of medical record requests for all 250 providers across the system.

Managed team of 85 employees and overall operations for three departments, including call center, provider onboarding & transition, and healthcare information systems administration, at this publicly held, physician-led integrated health system consisting of more than 250 physicians and associate practitioners and 60 clinics. Oversaw approximately 8,000 calls per day for over 100 providers, ensuring superior service standards. Transitioned 30 providers to centralized call center without disruption to clinic operations or patient care. Onboarded over 75 physicians & associate providers successfully into the system.  Managed annual technology upgrades, including testing & training, for AllScripts EHR and NextGen EHR & PMS.  Selected and implemented new technologies for the system, including Optimix for clinical task management, LightBeam for point of care management, and Evolve for call center operations.

Responsible for all operations related to practice technology as network grew to 22-clinics and 60 providers, ensuring optimal process efficiency, revenue management, and patient care. Managed selection and implementation of new practice technologies, including Allscripts Touchworks EHR and GE Centricity Group Management PMS. Developed all content within AllScripts EHR to support Medical Oncology specialties, collaborating with clinicians to understand and meet their needs. Successfully on-boarded more than 45 physicians and associate providers into the practice.

Oversaw all operations for this growing, 6-clinic practice with 12 providers ensuring consistency in practice management and group standards. Developed approximately 80 standard operating procedures (SOPs) and 40 forms to ensure consistency and operational efficiencies across the practice. Selected and implemented the practice’s first EHR, Penchart, as well as the PCN Billing System.
