As the event coordinator at the Capital City Club my position was centered around promoting our club as a venue, and then helping them to share their vision with me from there I created an event they will always cherish. I owned and managed two clothing store for almost 20 years. As my resume details, it was a wonderful experience. In total I trained, managed, and mentored 12 people at a time. Both stores were in high traffic areas so our windows had to be eye catching, thought provoking, and appeal to a wide range of potential customers. I especially enjoyed our "Lilly Window", the windows we dedicated to Lilly, our #1 line. It felt great to spread the invitation of living joyfully to those that walked by.Upon graduating with a Master's Degree in Interior Design and a minor in education I was hired by Hilda Flack International. While working closely with clients, builders, and contractors I was also responsible for maintaining astheics within the showroom. Windows, arranging furniture to be changed out bi-monthly, designing and decorating vignettes to compliment.Upon moving I worked for Hinson Galleries, a high end furniture and accesory showroom. At Hinson's I was responsible for decorating the showroom, working with clients, and designing window treatments for residential ad commercial accounts.. was selected by Drexell-Heritage to work on the Pine Hust Collection. With Pine Hurst Country Club as our inspiration and Arnold Palmer as our spokesperson we launched at Pine Hurst with great success.I am currently a member of Lydia Menzies Supper Club. We travel to help restraunts and busniesses learn to develop an image, and teach them to implement it. We have a book published and will launch it shortly.
