I am an accomplished sales leader with several years of experience. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a history of successfully overseeing both low and high-volume stores. I am proficient at time management, employee engagement, employee recruitment, supervising productivity/efficiencies, business analysis, and general employee training. I have been able to succeed at these aspects of my job through my various roles in the hierarchy of different stores. I have had the opportunity and honor to take on numerous positions including being an associate, customer service, and varying levels of management. I continue to grow and succeed in my expertise through new challenges, such as my recent promotion to a higher-volume store. In my tenure, I have developed many employees to be the best that they can be to achieve not only their personal goals but those of the company. To that end, I am happy to add that many of my teammates have been promoted or have the potential to do more than their current job descriptions. My passions are for the people who work with me, our four walls, and our home. I believe that through teamwork, anything is possible and I aim to find everyone's best!
